ABOUT NEAL

Dance choreographer/youth pastor. Neal is deeply in love with Jesus. For many years now he has traveled the globe, ministering through preaching and dancing declaring that whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

He is a family man, husband to Lichelle Carter, and father to Ny’asis Leann Carter. Neal has ministered in front of various crowds from youth conferences to school assemblies with the same mission to see lives forever changed.

Neal is a youth pastor at Pathway Church Of God in Brooklyn, Maryland. He is also employed through City Of Refuge in Baltimore, Maryland.

Neal has been dancing since the age of 12. He's performed in numerous arenas. In 2002, he joined the Baltimore Urban Youth Ministry Team, Solid Rock Ministries, where he traveled and performed hip-hop as well as drama. As part of the staff team for the youth ministry, he had the privilege to mentor high-risk city youth.

Neal has performed and taught hip-hop across the states. Neal also guest choreographed at several studios, camps, high and middle schools. The year of 2009, he was hired by the Annapolis Dance Factory, teaching hip-hop to all ages. In the summer of 2012, he was given the honor to teach for the Baltimore Dance Center, where he would travel to different locations to teach and give back to the community. Fall of 2012, he started teaching for Creative Force Dance Center and ending his journey there the summer of 2018. Neal is now teaching all over the states. Summer of 2019, Neal was given the opportunity to be a dance judge for a DC MD VA Dance Challenge.

Neal is a multiple award winning choreographer at several competitions. He is part owner of 3Kingz, LLC, a dance company where he and his brothers travel the world inspiring the next generation through dance and speaking. Neal quotes, "I love the art of dance and want to forever continue to inspire others to love their God-given gift as well, but most importantly, my mission is to inspire young people to know Christ and become fearless confident young people in every day life.”
